Imaging Multiplex Protein Blots
Chemiluminescent Westerns are a popular choice for detecting proteins but when you need a quantitative comparison between proteins or you want to detect multiple proteins, fluorescent Westerns are the method of choice.
With a G:BOX Chemi XRQ system you can detect up to three proteins simultaneously on your Western blots using fluorescent dyes such as Alexa Fluor®, IRDye® and DyLight®. If you need a compact multiplexing imager, the G:BOX mini 6 and G:BOX mini 9 are perfect and for the most flexibility with IR, RGB detection and for 2D gel imaging, choose a G:BOX Chemi XX6 or G:BOX Chemi XX9.
